WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – Personnel at the Mason hotel where a jail escapee was shot by SWAT users past 7 days describe the incident’s brutal aftermath.

The scenario unfolded past Monday night and early Tuesday morning, days after 27-calendar year-previous Thomas Cromwell escaped from the River Metropolis Correctional Center in Camp Washington.

Swisher’s girlfriend, Kelly Tutt, suggests she encountered Cromwell beforehand. “I ran into the a person that was shot in the elevator prior to any of us realizing what was going on,” she reported.
