A midstate property improvement organization is growing to Alabama.
West Shore Household has acquired Alabama-based mostly bath remodeler, C&C Enterprises, which operated as New Bath Alabama. The transaction took place on Monday. West Shore now has actual physical places in Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.
The acquisition of the Alabama company is the fifth acquisition for West Shore Dwelling because 2018. Those acquisitions have expanded West Shore Home into Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Texas.
In July, West Shore House expanded into Virginia in July when it acquired Benefit Property Products Inc., a rest room remodeling company based in Hampton, Virginia. In November 2019, West Shore Household acquired Florida-based Fairbanks Construction, a window and bathtub business. West Shore Dwelling acquired Kentucky-based mostly America’s Window LLC, a window, bathtub and siding company in the summer months of 2019. In November 2018, the business expanded into North Carolina, South Carolina and Ga when it obtained Brytons Home Improvement, a shower and bathtub transforming corporation, primarily based in North Carolina.
West Shore house now has 20 operational locations which includes places in Lower Allen Township and Pittsburgh.
And a new headquarters in the midstate is on the way for West Shore House. Last calendar year, West Shore Residence bought a 55,000-square-foot home at 3 Crossgates Drive in Hampden Township to change its headquarters on Simpson Ferry Highway in Reduced Allen Township. Renovations are predicted to be finished on the new headquarters following thirty day period.
