Seven many years following purchasing the drinking water tower following to their childhood residence, cousins Ruud Visser and Fumi Hoshino of RV Architectuur have efficiently remodeled the century-aged construction in Nieuw Lekkerland into a spectacular house for their families. Created on a somewhat modest finances by their have palms, the adaptive reuse task has also been awarded the Dutch Watertowerprize 2020, an once-a-year award that honors the owners of the most effective remodeled drinking water tower. When Visser and Hoshino acquired the water tower in 2013, the pair were being in their early twenties.
