The late wonderful jazz pianist Dave Brubeck’s midcentury aspiration home has offered for $2.5 million, down from its initial $2.75 million asking selling price in Oct.

He constructed the secluded estate at 221 Millstone Street in Wilton, Conn., in 1963.
