Arboretum programs course, plant sale in June

Making a Pollinator Yard: From Garden to Blooming Exuberance with Sharon Collman: If you’re worn out of a pathetic garden and backyard-taking in conifers, this course will help you develop stunning beds stuffed with flowering trees, shrubs, and perennials that entice pollinators. Sharon Collman is a founding member of the WSU Learn Gardener Software. She has taught lessons on Built-in Pest Management, plant dilemma analysis, insect identification and appreciation, and valuable bugs in the landscape. She is the author of over 75 publications and has acquired many awards for her instructional programs.

Evergreen Arboretum Plant Sale Weekend: This weekend plant sale is a two-working day occasion: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 18 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 19. Any leftover vegetation will be half-value from 4-7 p.m. June 20.

Snohomish Garden Tour established for June 26
The Snohomish Backyard garden Club will hold its yearly Backyard garden Tour 2022 from midday to 5 p.m June 26.

This year’s tour functions eight gorgeous gardens in Snohomish. Gardens are organized in a walkable 1.3-mile loop. No animals, cigarette smoking or vaping, and no restroom services will be out there at any of the gardens.
Proceeds will fund youth instruction grants and scholarships.
