The 6,500-sq.-foot residence with walls of retractable doorways, massive covered patios, ceilings with weathered wooden beams and a two-space visitor casita was sold by John Deakin.

The residence was crafted by Lineage Residences and has four bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. It was shown by Connie Edelman of Launch True Estate.

A Nevada LLC referred to as Sterling led by Larry Day offered the dwelling, which has five bedrooms and 5 ½ baths.
