A bocce ball courtroom, walls of retractable doors and an English backyard garden can be observed in this week’s list of the most highly-priced home revenue in metro Phoenix. 

$4,587,000

Manuel and Trisha Marques of Danville, California, acquired a new dwelling in the gated Collina E Vista neighborhood around north Scottsdale’s posh Troon local community. The 6,500-sq.-foot residence with walls of retractable doorways, massive covered patios, ceilings with weathered wooden beams and a two-space visitor casita was sold by John Deakin.

The residence was crafted by Lineage Residences and has four bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. It was shown by Connie Edelman of Launch True Estate.

This north Scottsdale home is 6,500-square-foot house has walls of retractable doors, massive covered patios, ceilings with weathered wood beams and a two-room guest casita.

A 5,464-square-foot home on the Silverleaf side of of north Scottsdale’s DC Ranch was purchased with dollars by a Wyoming LLC termed San Miguel. The house in the Horseshoe Canyon community has an English back garden courtyard, oak flooring, gourmet kitchen area and spa-dimensions tub space in the grasp suite.

A Nevada LLC referred to as Sterling led by Larry Day offered the dwelling, which has five bedrooms and 5 ½ baths.
